Cynthia
Fetzer, DVM is the owner of Camden Pet Hospital. She
graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine,
University of Minnesota in 1988, completed a
surgical internship at South Shore Veterinary Associates in
Boston, Massachusetts, and started at Camden as an employee
in 1989. She then worked at the Animal Emergency Clinic in
St. Paul for 3 years before becoming the owner of Camden in
1994.
Her interests are dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, ferrets, and
chickens. Connecting with people and their pets is a
privilege and what makes her day! Her home is shared
with 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 15 chickens, and 3
children!

Judy
Lapham, DVM
has been on staff at Camden Pet Hospital
since January 2007. She graduated from The University of
Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988 and has
worked as a small animal Veterinarian since then,
concentrating on dogs and cats. She enjoys the interaction
between herself, clients, and their pets, listening and
learning about each pet she sees in order to help owners and
their pets enjoy long, healthy and happy relationships.
Also, as surgery has always been an interest for Dr. Lapham,
she enjoys having the opportunity to perform surgery each
week at Camden.
Dr. Lapham has 2 young daughters who, with the help of her
husband, keep her life fully occupied outside of Veterinary
Medicine. Any spare time is spent reading, seeing movies,
walking with friends, and traveling. Besides her human
family, she shares her home with 2 cats, 2 dogs (a collie
and a miniature poodle), 1 guinea pig, and lots of fur

Kelly
Benning, DVM joined the Camden Pet Hospital staff in June of
2010 after working in emergency practice for seven years. Dr Benning graduated from the University of Minnesota College
of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She completed a 13-month
internship in Emergency Medicine and Surgery in West Palm
Beach, Florida before returning to Minnesota. She has worked
with every kind of animal possible from a coutimundi to an
ocelot, from a chameleon to a peking duck, and of course
your everyday housecat! Dr Benning’s favorite part of being
a veterinarian is managing critical cases and helping owners
make decisions that are best for their pets.
Originally from Minnetonka, she currently
lives in Chanhassen with her husband, Ryan and two children,
Piper and Brooks. They have two geriatric labs (Harley and
Abby), two cats (Jack and Hobokitty) and a golden greek
tortoise (Nick Papageorgio).
During her free time, Dr Benning enjoys
playing tennis, reading, going to movies, traveling, scuba
diving and being outdoors. |

Sue
and Peanut (Certified Veterinary Technician)
Sue graduated from Medical Institute of Minnesota in
Bloomington, MN in 1994. She has been working in the
Veterinary field ever since. She has worked at several
Humane Societies, in the Twin Cities until she was hired on
at Camden Pet Hospital in August 2010. She is especially
interested in diagnostics. When she is not at work, she
enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Ted and 2 cats,
Munch and Tayler.

Gianna
with P.J. and Milo (Certified Veterinary Technician)
Gianna graduated Minnesota School of Business with a degree
in Veterinary Technology in December 2008. She has been a
member of our team since February 2009 and thoroughly enjoys
working with various kinds of animals. She has a special
interest in Animal Rehabilitation and is hoping to get more
exposure to schooling and/or different techniques in the
near future. When she is not enjoying her job, she enjoys
spending time with her husband Matthew, their 2 dogs; P.J.
and Milo, and 4 cats; Tom, Lion-O, Butler, and Wimpy. |

Flannery
and Cricket (Certified Veterinary Technician)
Flannery graduated from Minnesota School of Business/Globe
University (Plymouth) in September, 2010 in Veterinary
Technology. That November she was certified in Veterinary
Technology. After working at another clinic and the Animal
Humane Society, she started working at Camden in July, 2011.
Her interests include rabbits, exotic pets, and keeping our
furry friends happy. Flannery lives in Minneapolis with her
boyfriend, and has four pets: Cricket her Miniature Pincher
mix, Rocky the Netherland Dwarf, Luna the grey rabbit, and
Long Whiskers Leroy, the one-eyed hamster. |

Amy
with Linden and Harper (Veterinary Technician)
Amy graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
with a Bachelor of Science in 1996. She then changed careers
and attended Argosy University. She graduated with a
Veterinary Technology Degree in March 2007. She has been
working at Camden Pet Hospital since February 2011 with
special interests involving Dentistry and Emergency
Medicine. After the work is done, she enjoys going to the
dog park or walking her 2 dogs, Linden and Harper, around
the many lakes around the cities with her family; including
Mike, her husband, and 2 children; Marin and Harrison. |

Katelyn
and Mariska (Kennel Assistant)
Katelyn graduated from Brooklyn Center High School in 2010
and is planning to go back to school in the very near future
to become a Veterinarian. She started working at Camden Pet
Hospital in July, 2011. In her free time she enjoys
freelance writing/copy editing, horseback riding, being with
her friends and family and caring for her pets; Sophie, her
Pitbull mix, Cosmo, the cat, and her Holland lop bunnines
Jayma and Mariska. |

Kristen
and Tyke (Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Manager)
Kristen is
a recent graduate of The University of Minnesota with a
degree in Psychology. She has been working at Camden Pet
Hospital since June of 2002. She enjoys volunteering with
various rescue groups in the Twin Cities. There, she is able
to help coordinate animals find their forever home. When she
is not working or volunteering, her 4 year old Mastiff mix
named Tyson keeps her on her toes. |

Lorie and Patrick (Receptionist)
Lorie loves working with pets and people and gets the best
of both worlds at the front desk. She has been working as a
Veterinary Receptionist for over 10 years and at Camden
since July 2010. “I am reminded every day how much pets add
to our lives and how special they are to us.” In her spare
time, she does ballroom dancing, and also enjoy walking,
camping, baking cookies, and getting into a good long novel

Sue
and Finneas (Receptionist)
Sue, one of our front desk
specialists, has been with us since 1999. She enjoys meeting
our new friends and welcoming back our old friends! She
looks forward to assisting everyone who calls or e-mails
with their needs or concerns. Any free moment is spent
gardening with Finneas, her adopted Bichon Frise from Camden
Pet Hospital, and cooking for family and friends. |

Mindy
and Theodore (Kennel Assistant)
Mindy is a recent graduate of The University of Minnesota earning
a degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in
Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She plans on becoming a
Veterinarian with an interest in companion animals and
nutrition. She has been at Camden Pet Hospital since July of
2009 working as a Kennel Assistant. When she is not going to
school or working, she enjoys spending time with her pets;
Hunter, a Brittany Spaniel; Snickers, a tabby cat; and
Theodore, a Netherland Dwarf rabbit.
